The demo class topic is decided by us. We provide the topic to tutor based on your course requirement which is suitable for you to evaluate the class standards. Nevertheless, you can always let us know the topic you want the tutor to take in demo class. But we maintain not to change the topic in subsequent demo classes if taken.

You can always communicate all your requirements to tutor. But we suggest you to communicate all the progress and queries with our agent when contacted. Once the free demo class is completed, our team will connect with you to get the feedback. If you don't like the class up to mark, we will take proper feedback and then will assign another more suitable tutor for next demo class. The first demo class is always on us. So never bother. Your satisfaction is our first target.

We don't have any limitation on number of demo classes. So unless you are satisfied with the tutor in demo class, you can take any number of demo classes. With our highly qualified network of tutors, we are sure that we will be able to provide you tutor to your child's educational requirements.

For proper calculation and to avoid any dispute, our classes are calculated on hourly basis. To keep track of all the classes, we are always in touch with tutors and you. You can check the details on daily basis under 'My Programs' tab.

The classes schedule will be decided based on your child and tutors availability. This schedule will be confirmed at the time of confirming the classes after demo class. We suggest you to stick to a fixed schedule which will ensure teacher's continuity in taking classes.

No issues. If you have any plans, let us know minimum 3 hours before class starts through website or call. We suggest you to always keep us informed, so that we can inform the teacher in time and avoid unnecessary commuting time taken by teacher for coming to your place to take class and also keeping track of class hours.

Please connect with us immediately in case of any issue and we will communicate with tutor and let you know the status. In general, we maintain that the tutor always informs us in case of any of their plans, so that we will keep you informed of any change.

We have multiple payment options to chose from. You can pay the fee at the time of booking or after confirming the teacher after demo class or after taking classes for a week or month. Every program has its own benefit. We prefer the payment to be done upfront so that getting the tutor process is expedited in case of large volume of tutors demand.

We are always working to provide you with tutor to your satisfaction. But in case, you still don't like any tutor in demo class, on your request, we will immediately start refund process without any questions asked.

If at any point, you don't like the tutor, let us know and we will immediately cancel the program. No questions will be asked and your money will be refunded on pro rata basis. Be assured, you will always get your money back in time. We don't like disputes. Any way, we will assist you in getting a satisfactory tutor.

Yes, at A Mentor we believe that the education is the right to every child. A Mentor provides financial aid to child who cannot afford the fee. Apply for it by clicking on the Financial Aid link beneath the program listed in 'My Programs' after you have enquired/confirmed the program. You'll be prompted to complete an application and will be notified if you are approved. The student have to go through a test for scholarship to prove their eligibility for financial aid.
